Thanks for your interest in ODR Practitioner Certification Program. We just have a few questions to get you enrolled in this program.
Refunds and Cancellation
a) We will refund 100% of the fee we have received if you need to cancel up to 45 days before the first day of the program.
b) We will refund 50% of the fee we have received if you cancel between 45 days and up to 20 days before the first day of the program.
c) We cannot refund your fee if you cancel later than 20 days before the first day of the program.
Transfer fees for any refunds due to cancellations from your side will have to be borne by you.
